DEKLARATA E SHPALLJES SĖ AUTONOMISĖ – ILIRIDA

          Tė nderuar bashkėatdhetarė dhe banorė tė lashtė Iliridas:

          Nė frymėn e tė parėve tanė, Kuvendit tė Lezhės, Lidhjes sė Prizrenit dhe Besės shqiptare, Kuvendi i Gostivarit solemnisht shpall mėvetesinė politike tė krahinės perėndimore ILIRIDA, e cila ėshtė kryesisht e banuar me shqiptarė autokton dhe me mozaik pakicash tjera, brenda suazave tė sė ashtuquajturit shtet IRJEM, entitet gjeo-politik provizor; botėrisht deklarojmė tė drejtėn e patjetėrsueshme tė kombit tonė pėr bashkėjetesė nė nivel tė barabartė me popujt tjerė tė kėsaj treve ballkanike dhe mbarė Ballkanin nė pėrgjithėsi. Qytetarė iliridas, nė gdhirje tė shekullit 21 dhe mijėvjeēarit tė dytė, nė mungesė tė vazhdueshme tė gjetjes sė njė gjuhe mirėkuptimi me fqinjtė tanė kolonizatorė dhe nė saje tė ligjit tė tyre diskriminues kundėr shqiptarėve vendas, Kuvendi i Gostivarit me pėrgjegjėsi tė plotė dhe ndėrgjegje historike kėrkon statusin e "shoqėrisė sė dalluar dhe autonomi" pėrbrenda territorit tė Ish-Republikės Jugosllave tė Maqedonisė, Irjem-it.

 

          Si rrjedhim i vuajtjeve shumėvjeēare, ndėshkimeve arbitrare dhe privimit tė drejtės pėr arsim tė lartė siē ėshtė Universiteti i Tetovės - Iliridės, ne shqiptarėt kėrkojmė tė drejtėn pėr vetėvendosje dhe vetėqeverisje nė tė gjitha institucionet shoqėrore dhe politike nė nivel tė elementit shtetformues me popullin irjem-as. Njėkohėsisht denoncojmė ndėrhyrjet e qeverisė kuislinge shqiptare dhe partitokratėve lokalė shqiptarė qė tregtojnė me vlerat dinjitoze tė kombit tonė. Apelojmė shqiptarėt e Iliridės t'i mbeten besnikė rezultatit tė referendumit pėr shpalljen e autonomisė sė Iliridės me ē'rast njėzėri u shpreh vullneti i popullit pėr mėvetėsi territoriale. Apelojmė tė gjitha forcat progresive brenda dhe jashtė vendit tė pėrkrahin kėrkesat legjitime tė iliridasve dhe tė mos pengojnė procesin e integrimit shoqėror demokratik nė kornizat e mėdha tė Evropės sė unifikuar.

 

          Njėlloj apelojmė edhe popullatėn irjemase tė ushtrojė maturi dhe zgjuarsi qė ta njoh elementin konstituitiv shqiptar duke mbėshtetur parimin "gara tė lira nė mės popujve…" tė vetė themeluesit tė kombit sllavo-maqedon Goce Dellēev. Ky gjest i sanksionuar nga Perėndia aspak nuk e kėrcėnon paqen nė Ballkan, as si fragment shqiptar e as si segment i Shqiperisė reale. Pėrkundrazi, ne dėshirojmė ta pėrforcojmė stabilitetin krahas me gjitonėt tjerė rreth e rrotull, prandaj, apelojmė boshtin sllavo-grek tė ēlirohet nga shqiptaro-fobia artificiale qė paraqet njė kompleks inferioriteti nacional duke manifestuar nevojė patologjike pėr reprezalje si dhe shpėrfillje tė dialogut konstruktiv me komshinjtė. Si pėrfundim, avancimi i ēėshtjes shqiptare nė tėrėsi duhet tė jetė nė piedestal tė vėmendjes kombėtare, sinkronizimi i sė cilės duhet tė jetė i pandėrprerė, paralelisht me ēėshtjet e popujve tjerė ballkanik dhe Evropian.

THE DECLARATION OF THE AUTONOMOUS PROVINCE

OF ILIRIDA


          Shipkovica, March 24, 1990

 
          Dear respected citizens and the inhabitants of ancient Illyrian.

          In the breath of our ancestors, the meeting of Lezh, the League of Prizren, and the Albanian Trust, the meeting of Gostivar solemnly declares political independence of the west territory, Ilirida , which is populated particularly with indigenous and autochthonous Albanians with a small minorities within FROY Macedonia, the geo-political provision entity. To the world we declare, the right of our nation for equal living in the equal level with other people living in the this area of Balkan peninsula. The citizens of Ilirida in the 21st century we were not able to find a peaceful nor any solution with our neighbors or colonialists of our territories, and on the base of their discriminatory legislation toward Albanians, the meeting of Gostivar fully responsible with a historic conciseness asks for an “ autonomous society “ within the territory of FROY Macedonia.

 

          From the thousand of years of occupation and discrimination in all areas of life including the education,  we want the right for self determination and self governing in all the institutions and be a constitutive nation with the others in FROY Macedonia . At the same time, we denounce the involvement of Albanian Government and the other local Albanian Political Parties to express the values of our nation. We appeal to all Albanians of Ilirida to trust the results of the referendum for deceleration of the Autochtonomous Province of Ilirida where everyone has a chance to express her or his vote.  Also, we appeal to all the progressive forces inside the country and outside the country to support the wish of Iliridans, and does not interfere the democratic  integration process within the European Community legislature.

 

          At the same time, we appeal to the other nations living within the territory of FROY Macedonia to exercise maturity and recognize Albanians as  the constitutive element while following the Goce Dellchev’s saying “ competition within the nations.”  This sanctioned act from  God does not threaten the peace in Balkan nor as an Albanian fragment nor as a segment of real Albania.  Even though, we want to strengthen the stability all around, and we appeal to the Slavic Macedonian and Greeks to free them from the artificial Albanian phobia which represents a complex within their national inferiority by manifesting pathology for repressions and refusal for a constructive peaceful dialogue with neighbors. At the end, the eventuation of Albanian cause globally should be in the pedestal of national conciseness, and its synchronization should be without a stop parallel with other nation in the Balkan and Europe.
